| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Thanks to wankspank buying my game. Now watch as Synapse ship the order and then immediately announce standard editions that can be had for $13. Those fools better get on with their Coffin Joe DVDs already. PS: The one thing I'll miss about my Wild Guns cart is that playing it properly on a standard definition TV with composite video actually causes the dithering on the character select screen to color blend and create those extra shades of color (not to mention all the hyper saturated tones that really bring the Super Nintendo's cartoon palette to life). One of those things that emulator filters haven't fully captured yet. But it's such a minor detail, oh well, I'll just raid Kurt's place for my original copy. | |

| Synapse has so much crap announced, it's probably going to take them 3 years to actually release it all
Bought cases (original artwork) for Secret of Mana, Ogre Battle, and Demon's Crest

You wouldn't be able to replicate that effect by playing the emulated version on the Wii on an SDTV?

| Nope. I'z tried. The Wii has a better output and doesn't blend even with composite video. | |

| I bought the Genesis 6 Pak cartridge (which includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Golden Axe, Revenge of Shinobi, Super Hang-On, Streets of Rage, and Columns) on Ebay earlier today. It's been awhile since I got a Genesis games, so I wanted to add more to my library. I also want to get some more RPGs and action games, but a lot of the ones I want are ridiculously expensive D: - Abnormal Freak wrote:

Well that stinks If only the Wii had worse output.

| Super Smash TV Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
Both were cheap, and I always wanted to finish MQ since it's so short and easy (got halfway through it 20 years ago)

| Got some security bits for my SNES stuff. Reading several different horror stories about systems and games full of spiders or cockroaches has me antsy to do an audit/cleaning of the innards of everything. Also received Abs' Wild Guns and took it for a spin at lunch I'll have to get a pic up of my collection soon | |

I haven't tried it I backed Leisure Suit Larry on Kickstarter a year or two ago, so I got the download code through that. I don't know when I'll get around to actually playing it, sorry.

| How are the Psycho sequels? I'm kind of intrigued. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Didn't realize Shout's 31 Days of Horror sale had free shipping. Hope I didn't miss out on any cool flicks I wanted. Guessing the best stuff drops in price closer to Halloween. | |

| They're alright. I'd probably rank my Scream movies (not picture/audio quality) like this: 1) They Live 2) Prince of Darkness 3) From Beyond 4) The Burning 5) Prison 6) The Howling 7) Lifeforce The Fog 9) The Nest 10) Halloween III 11) Halloween II 12) Vampire Lovers 13) Town That Dreaded Sundown/The Evictors 14) Psycho II 15) Deadly Blessing 16) Death Valley 17) Psycho III 18) The Island 19) Phantasm II 20) The Funhouse 21) Terror Train 22) TerrorVision/Video Dead 23) X-Ray/Schizoid 24) Ninja III 25) Dead Souls 26) The Incredible Melting Man Thinking I'm gonna use Amazon points for Day of the Dead here soon, and hoping for something from Body Bags/Night of the Comet/Assault on Precinct 13/Cockneys Vs Zombies as birthday presents from the Missus | |

| I'm not wild about Day of the Dead, but I'll gladly pay a good price (~$15) for the Shout Blu-ray. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I sold my Anchor Bay BD immediately after seeing the caps. Hell, I'd even buy a shitty movie like Zombi 3 again if it ever got a filmic, fully uncut HD transfer, particularly if the "missing footage" were sourced from something other than VHS. Something about giving these cult films good transfers gives me a huge boner. | |

| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Arkham City GOTY PS3 Plus a couple repurchases. And if Dear God No! never gets another release on Blu-ray, I'll kill people! I don't give a damn about the collectibility of the signed BD-R version sold on eBay that I had before, I just want the movie in sweet, sweet HD again and I'm a toolbag for selling it. Still got the VHS extended cut, though. | |

| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The spankin' Target-exclusive steelbook. Works great as a single movie (like it should have been from the beginning) even if the transition between the two parts was a bit lazy. Can't wait to watch with commentary soon. Probably the second best Batman movie (live-action or animated) after Masked in the Fanjism. And this sumbitch for five bucks (sans digital copy nonsense): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |
