Half way through I was going "I think I remember some commercial like this where the kids turn into the liquid metal terminator after drinking a juice box". Suffice to say I was quite pleasantly surprised with the rest of it.

Pretty sure the alien shit is from the 80s... as well as the kitchen chairs. (which I grew up with in my childhood home) I guess the commercial is 90s with the way it promotes things and the whole Secret World of Alex Mack and Capri Sun metal goo... but, eh... I didn't love it.
