The IGN update sucks ass

I can't get my name to go back to normal.

And the icon uploading process is already fucked up. God... what a terrible "fix." IGN looks like shit now.

Is it an Insider only update? Everything looks the same to me.

No... they changed a lot of shit. If you don't go to many boards you won't notice at first. You can use icons now, though.

I checked out some of the changes. I like being able to use some of the mark up codes now to quote people and such.

They basically gave all good insider features to outsiders and gave insiders crap features.

Fine by me, since paying to use coding and have an icon is crap. However, I don't like that the board suddenly doesn't have a uniform aesthetic anymore. Being able to upload whatever icon you want isn't such a smart thing, and sig banner pics is a terrible idea.

You can turn sig pics off. They fixed the icon uploading problems and the user colors... So I guess I don't care so much anymore. It just sucks that icon quality bit the dust.

I don't mind the update. While I was perfectly satisfied with the normal icons, and will probably miss the old layout, it's not a drastic change.
