How do you like your meat cooked?

Recently, I've discovered that I love rare and medium rare meat. My parents always cooked stuff well done so it was dry and tough to chew... Then when I went out on my own in the past few years I've been able to try rarer meats. Now when I cook meat it's always a little pink on the inside and juicy... My mom and brother hate it, but eh... If I'm cooking, I cook it like I want it.

Medium rare is so fucking delicious.

well done preferably, though I can eat it as raw as medium. I can't eat rare.

What's the appeal of well done? From eating my whole life, I still don't really enjoy it that much. I find rarer meat to be more flavorful. And juicy.

better texture. I really don't like the taste of blood either. Meat can be cooked well done and still be juicy though.

i don't like the taste of blood either... it bothers me when i cut into meat and everything else on my plate is drowned in blood. =(

Actually I probably wouldn't mind the blood.... Its just the hunk of meat part that creeps me out.

I have a cousin who won't eat "meat"... but she'll eat fish...?

We're smarter than animals. They're not on the same level as us.

Just because something has intelligence means it should be at the top of a food chain. Bears aren't very smart, but they can cut you limb from limb.

Oh trust me, I am. Ate two hot dogs a few minutes ago, smoking a cigarette now, and looking forward to a beer (hopefully) and some pot in half an hour or so.
