You said for a while you could get away with anything. That's not really true and I think we've all posted there long enough to know this as well. In fact back in the day we had more mods than just Madchad and Barongimpy.

Now you could get away with things on a personal level, but they would still make you adhere to the TOS.

It's just Madchad doesn't really know the community and seems to have a zero tolerance rule and is a crappy mod. That's all.

Yes. I mean recently. Nudity, flaming, swearing and other 'bad' words... it's all flown under the radar. For the past few months you really can get away with pretty much anything on that board. Unless your point yourself out like I have. Or the rare occassion that a mod actually does their job, like my latest ban. But like I said, that's a rare occassion these days.

They are "flown under the radar" because there are no mods other than madchad. Those things you mentioned are only posted in the CT thread, and he never checks the CT thread because he has no interest in it and no one there likes him.

If you get away with swear words in other threads its because he has no interest in the subject and doesn't check the topic. If he goes into a topic he's interested in then you'll get banned if he sees something against the TOS.
