I'm having a neighbor problem

These piece of shit redneck mother fuckers (I mean that literally, they probably fuck their mothers) revving up their shitty truck and yelling while standing outside at all times of the day and night. It's really fucking annoying. Their bullshit gets dogs around the neighborhood to start barking and making a ruckus. My dilemma... do I:

A) Call the cops
B) Burn their house down while they're away
C) Go next door while they're being stupid pieces of shit and gut them

Sounds like my friend's neighbors. Turns out they were running a stolen car ring, they also were growing marjiana in their bedroom and had illegal weapons.

Perhaps your neighbors are doing the same thing and you inform the police of this information.
