Vodka doesn't curdle milk does it? My friend and I were wondering that today.

Depends on how much vodka you put in I believe, but no it shouldn't.

white russian is milk, vodka, and kahlua. the milk doesn't curdle.

It will curdle if you:

1. don't put it on ice
2. put too much of one of vodka or kahlua in it. I'm not sure which, but the same thing happens with paralyzers (which is just a white russian with coke)

i still haven't tried that, though it does intrigue me.

I got a 1.5L bottle of Sangria and another bottle of wine that I enjoy. I want to try a White Russian but I doubt there will be any Kahlua on hand.

try mixing... orange juice and water

Why would you do that instead of with another juice, like carrot or pineapple? Better yet, orange juice and malt liquor, preferably Olde English.

I'm sad nobody got/liked my egg nog/foul joke. I thought it was too obvious to write "fowl," but I suppose that maybe I needed to.

But I wasn't just making a joke, I really do find the stuff to be vile. The only people I know who like it are older relatives, the same ones that love brussel sprouts. And I don't even hate brussel sprouts like most, but I know you've gotta have something loose to actually love them. But on the off-chance that you find that you do actually like egg nog, it's pretty much a guarantee that you won't like more than a small glass or two. I myself like horchata, but can't stand to have more than one regular sized serving.
