My room

Several months ago I mentioned I might possibly take pictures of my room and all the crap inside.

Well, in July, I took some on my crappy camera phone, and did nothing.

Now, I finally threw 'em online.

Your room looks pretty big. It's bigger than mine in any case. You seriously own a lot of stuff. I'm pretty jealous.

Your room is as big as my whole house.

The pictures do make it look a bit bigger than it really is, particularly the "panoramic" pics. You can't really gauge how cramped and small the space is unless you're standing in it. But as far as bedrooms go, it is fairly sizable, bigger than a lot of folks' rooms.

Your room looks like mine would look like if:

+ I didn't mind clutter and cramped space
+ I kept everything I ever owned
+ I was as nerd as you
+ I never had the bills to pay that I do and had tons more expendable income.

People come over to my place and see my one little corner of entertainment (about 800 CDs, 350 DVDs and 85 vinyl records, give or take) and they freak out and call me nuts. And that's with not even having any of my posters up (I have about 50 laid flat in a folded box for safe keeping, since I don't know how long I'm living here and don't feel like putting them up and taking them down and in turn possibly damaging some). They'd just faint if they saw your shit.

I keep my CDs in tubs. :p

Looks like a room my bro would like.

Me, I try to keep minimal, less clutter. I like keepin' it simple.

My sister told me last night my room looks like a playhouse.

Such a description made me happy as it brought connotations of Pee-wee.

Now she gave me my GXTV back, so I was thinking, "What am I gonna do with this now?"

Thinking I'd put it on my broked turntable console and hook ye olde NES (both of 'em) and Genesis to it, ha! Two TVs! Even less space!

But yeah, actually, I think my room turns off any potential romances. Girls just kinda peek into my room and think, "Damn, what a freak/loser/child/nerd."

Hey a girl is always into someone. Heck those one chicks like those dudes who look like werewolves. If a girl can like that I'm sure a girl can like you.
