My very religious and very good friend also doesn't care for drinking, but for his 21st birthday he was deadset on buying a 12-pack of Mickey's grenades apparently because Tom Waits had some sort of loving tribute/obsession to them, which I'd never heard of before. He cracked one, took one sip and was done lol. Donated the remainder of the 12-pack to the rest of the party and continued to drink grape soder.

And in case anybody is unaware, Mickey's grenades are 12-oz bottles of FINE malt liquor, affectionately referred to as "grenades" for their signature bottle shape...

I never drank on my 21 birthday and I haven't drank since then either. I haven't actually had an alcoholic drink in about 13 years.

I've cut back a bunch since I left home and workload increased.

I drank a lot last night and will drink more tonight.

It's actually a good thing not to drink on your 21 especially if the peer pressure is deadset on you getting shitfaced. Ever since I puked at one of my friend's 21st, I have never really drank a whole lot. I haven't lost my endurance, but I really never feel like more than 1 or 2 drinks at a time. Like my body doesn't even want to get even buzzed.

It sucks when parties have nothing but Bud and Miller High Life. Or restaurants, where my only option is Amber Bock for a somewhat dark beer.

Parties only having Bud or Canadian or *shudder* Heineken is basically the reason why I just go to bars.

I've never puked before but I have gotten dizzy, like the world is spinning. I guess I had my head down for like an hour trying to get my shit together and I didn't even realize it.

i threw up after my friend's 21st birthday party--haven't gotten that trashed since, but i do like a good buzz.

lately, i either split a bottle of wine with a friend and have a very calm night or hit 2-for-1 margaritas to get a very, very small buzz going before work <--best tutor ever!

I still can't drink tequila after one night I had on it. Like, literally can't drink it. It hits my tongue and instant gag reflex. It's like my body just rejects it.

I'm drinking canadian whisky mixed with whatever now just to get to sleep with sore tooth. Me and brown liquor don't get along in the morning but Pops took his Vodka on vacation. Liquor costs a fortune in Montana. If it's priced like cigarettes compared to other states, I agree.
