What kind of shoes do you wear?

I used to be pretty partial to Vans. I wore them exclusively for many years... then on the recommendation of Cghost, I got a pair of DC shoes. Man... those are the greatest things I have ever put on my feet. I love them.

Man... I really hate those. They feel like they give you no support... almost feels like walking directly on the concrete/asphault. Do you ever feel like that?

They're pretty comfortable for me. I used to wear whatever cheap crap shoes my mum would buy me a few years back for school so when i got these they seem really great to me.

You should try out some skating shoes sometime. They look really bulky and weird at first... but man, all that padding feels so damn good.

I've heard good things about alot of skate shoes but brand name shoes are rather alien to me. Some guy was talking to me about them the other week and i was like "uh-huh". So DC shoes are a good brand?

Yeah, I really enjoy them.

I suppose Cghost does as well since he told me they were better than Vans.

I used to wear Vans for years too. But now I'm wearing Sneaux.

Maybe the next time I get shoes I'll get some DCs, but I'm really picky about my shoes so it depends.

Converse, flip flops. I have these really kick-ass combat boots that I wear when I want to scare people. And be taller...

I used to wear nothing but Converse, now I wear cheap skate shoes.

My last pair of DC's fell apart. The heel like, exploded. They only lasted like 6 months too or something. I'm wearing a pair of DVS right now. Mostly because they're the most durable shoe brand I've ever had.

Now i know what you mean Lox when you said that chucks can be uncomfortable. I usually don't walk about too much but today i was out and about and i was walking on heaps of different grounds and by the end of it all my feet were killing me and still are. I need to get some good, comfy and decent looking shoes.

Call me lame or whatever you want, but I've had these shoes for 3-4 years and they still look brand new and are the most comfortable pieces of shit ever. I love Birkenstocks.

I also have some brown Adio's that I've had for a couple of years. Damn comfortable shoes as well.

After hearing everyone rave about birkenstocks, i bought some for myself and my mom. She loved them and found them to be very comfortable. I, on the other hand, could never quite get them to that molded-to-my-feet-comfortably stage or something. They always hurt like hell to me.

Huh. That's strange. The molding to my foot process took a day or so of wearing all the time. After that, it's like I'm wearing nothin at all! Nothin at all! Nothin at all!

I have a pair of DVS. Had 'em for about a year.

I'm really considering getting a pair of work shoes, because currently, I'm wrecking mine.

I'm going to need good shoes with good arch support for college. I'll be in Philly, so I will be walking a lot. I may look into Pumas.

Thanks to this thread I ordered some DC shoes. :p

I want some DC shoes. I've seen them on sale in some of the catalogues for shoe stores but I don't have $100 to get myself a pair.
