Favourite cars?

I've been getting into cars lately. I'll likely be taking a mechanics course next year and making that my trade because the internal combustion engine is a marvellous piece of engineering, but I've also been looking into old muscle cars and shit. The old classic cars are most definitely the best, not these new japanese looking pieces of shit. Some of my favourites:

My friend has that Chevelle.

My grandfather would have sold me a Duster like that top pic for $300 but I currently didn't have the cash and already had a car, so I passed. I did want it though...

I'm not interested in cars that much. Mainly because i don't have the money for such things.

I don't have pics. It's in great shape. All original. His dad has a lot of money and they like to buy cars and fix them up. That Chevelle is their baby. It honestly looks exactly like the first pic only blue.

That is the greatest thing in the entire world. I don't think mine will be all original, I'd really just like to find one that's beat to shit and me and my best friend can restore it. He's a body guy, and I'll be able to do everything else. Of course I wouldn't put a stock engine in it

I don't know how I would. I never see the guy anymore. He's gone to college. DOA can at least attest to it. The guy's dad was the head band director. He used to drive it to school a lot. If I do get pics it would probably be in a few months when they're having band camp and I could go up there. He might be there and have that car.

oh then don't worry about it, it's not a big deal. I thought you still knew the guy or something.

Oh and my dad used to have a 72 Duster. It had a small engine (72 was basically the death of the muscle cars) but he said it could still haul if he wanted it to.

hell yeah. My buddy (same guy I mentioned above) drives an 88 Cutlass, and man, is it awesome when we're cruising on the highway blasting some Kyuss or something like that.

my first car was a duster

I saw a 70 chevelle last night, just like the one in my icon only it wasn't an ss. Talked to the guy in it for a couple minutes then he laid some rubber down in the parking lot, man oh man. My buddy and I also went and looked at a 72 Lamans for sale yesterday. I was considering buying it until I saw the guy wanted $5000 for it and it needed about $15000-20000 in body work.
