how do you unwind?

music, reading, drugs, movies, drinking, etc.??

Drugs and alcohol have been tools i have used in the past.

Music helps alot for me but my main tool is just to go out and hang with friends and do dumb ass shit with them.

Usually, its a night out with friends, reading, music, but mostly its writing.

Murder.

oh also, Me and Nicole have taken up Boxing. It works nicely too.

music has always helped me. so have reading/writing.

i was just wondering how everyone else coped or whatever, as i'm going through a stressful time myself.

boxing sounds like a pretty great way to get rid of excess energy. i have always wanted a punching bag.

as for murder, i just wouldn't have it in me.

Well i usually cope badly so i turn to drinking myself stupid and i have gotten off my face on drugs before aswell to get over shit and deal with things.

I cope a lot better now, i try and live stress free. I care for nothing, i just take things as they are and let nothing bother me.

i've always wished i could be care-free. i'm a chronic worrier and i care deeply. i think it might be my down-fall

boxing is fun as hell. Burns engergy and lots of anger. I loved it after one time.

oh and I also wish to be care free, that would be the life!

Well basically just stop thinking too much. Live in the moment and try not to freak about what is to come. Planning ahead is always good and i'm always planning as i act. You just need to realize that being uptight and worrying about everything will get you down.

i fully realize that... it just doesn't change that fact. ha

No not really.
I do listen to music though and if I am really stressed out I do cry.
But not to the point where I am thinking about suicide or anything.

i dont know.. i guess most people just think i am emo and suicidal when im not. its really stupid because most of these people judge me and dont even know me

I rarely ever get stressed out very often anymore. Usually the combination of a nice cold beer and music mellows me out.

just stop caring about things? that and a mix of 'whatever happens, it's not going to be THAT bad' works pretty well

well I'm just a tad apathetic towards everything so it was easy for me to give up
