Having a go

There is a girl at school that i've started to develop a crush on. I may attempt to ask her out over the next few days if i get chance to since i won't be at school much as my exams begin tomorrow. Anyone got any tips on how to approach the situation? I'm usually pretty confident with just about anything but when it comes to approaching girls i like i lose all confidence and i end up doing nothing about my feelings for them.

try to find a happy medium... you don't want to be too shy and passive, but you don't want to be overly aggressive/annoying about it either. just "stay cool"

Agreed, i don't know the girl so I don't really know what I could tell you. But I agree with Shea a good medium is how you need to approach the situation.

She was on msn awhile ago and i asked if her if she wanted to come shopping with me as i know she enjoys shopping. She said yes and seemed enthusiastic about it. We planned to organize a day as soon as my exams are over so hopefully things go well.

Thanks. I should get a chance to talk to her in person next tuesday or monday if i get a lunch break during my music exam when the rest of the school is having their lunch break.

haha i prefer women so i'll stick to them even though they confuse me. I talked to her yesterday, she said she doesn't know what to say to me liking her and that she isn't good with such situations. She still agreed to hang out with me on Sunday so I'm hoping for the best.

Well, good luck with that. I'm just glad that I have never had to deal with telling someone that I liked them and them not liking me back. *shrug* I just don't know what to tell you. Have fun I guess.

Confusing. Her friend told me that him and her have a code name for me when they talk about me to stop people from working out who they're talking about as apparently she likes me and thinks i'm a serious genuine guy who won't play around with her but she is just too shy to approach me.

Today went excellent. We just hung out at the shops and walked around looking at stuff whilst talking. I asked her if she wanted to go out again but on a proper date and she said yes. I'm in such a great mood right now, can't wait to organize what we're going to do later on in the week.

Gosh she confuses me more and more. I confronted her yesterday and asked her what she thinks of me since she knows that i like. She paused for abit and quickly said "I think you have to go to class right now". She turned and hurried into her meeting. I wish she'd give me a straight answer.

Seems like i'm rejected. I have heaps of alcohol in me now anyway so i don't care. It's her loss if she is too pussy to date me, like i don't get it, i'm a nice guy and shit yet they all refuse to date me. Every chick so far rejects me so screw chicks, i don't care anymore i have alcohol there for me whenever i need.
