Unhealthy habits

Lately I haven't been eating. Sometimes I almost throw up when trying to eat. It's been over 24 hours since the last time I've eaten anything. Honestly, I'm still full from the last time I ate which was 2 hamburgers yesterday. It's a change that I suppose is harmful to my body, but I can't say I don't welcome it. I'm losing weight and I know I will continue to do so.

Actually, I think I might try to go at least 48 hours without eating since I've made it this far.

I get like that where i don't wish to eat. Sometimes i generally just don't want to eat but sometimes i force myself to not eat. I've been trying lately to get myself into a proper diet so i can keep fit and healthy but i have my ups and downs and days where i don't want to look at food.

Well, it's almost been 48 hours. I'm still not hungry. I did notice we have shrimp, though... so after this 48 is up I'll be eating some nice shrimp. Delicious.

I haven't had seafood in ages. Summer is fast coming up and nothing beats some barbecued seafood.

Well of late is excessive drinking and a large amount of chain smoking whilst drinking.
