I've never been good at that.

I guess its not the easiest thing to do. I find it easy to let go of things and ignore anything that would otherwise piss me off etc. When things get tough I tend to take a few minutes and lay down and just relax. Having a few drinks can help unwind also.

I don't need to drink to relax or not be worried about papers. Just do them early so they are out of the way or have a good idea of what you want to write about. Then think about that the teacher probably doesn't care as long as it's poorly written and you've got and easy paper.

well aren't you a good example! i always procrastinate.

i tell myself that maybe being a damsel in distress will pay off........ but it sure hasn't done anything good for me so far.

So I mixed the vocals and shit... and uploaded it to myspace.

Do assignments etc as soon as you get them or split the work up into small chunks that you can do each night or each week depending on how much needs to be done.

Are you going to be a myspace whore band Lox with adding every single human being like so many bands do?

Yes. That's how you get heard and get fans. It's my best bet until I get the equipment to start doing shows.

So now I've got four Lance of Longinus songs with only one posted on myspace... I've got Broken, Mourning, Solace In A Lie, and Wrath of Plagues.

Finally I have a day to myself. Past couple of days I've been running around with my brother doing some Christmas shopping, fixing up his yard etc.

sigh. working on a paper that is due by 5 PM tomorrow. of the 6-10 pages, I have one complete so far. i fail at schoolwork! after tomorrow--getting the paper and my hard final out of the way--i will hopefully feel a little less stressed.

It will be easy to knock that paper out.

Well... "Mourning" is nearly 6 minutes long. Very nice.

i usually don't struggle with papers and kind of enjoy writing, but this one is technical and difficult and i am completely bull-shitting everything....which is hard because the topic is kind of over my head. bleh.

I think the version on myspace is 3:30-4 minutes. It didn't have the intro and I've made minor changes.

I do a lot of BS'ing, too... this just seems harder. lol


i have to suggest a useful experiment in the field of visual cognition. my topic was visual occlusion. I came up with an experiment, but I don't know how to elaborate on it a whole lot.

Caught a girl I've met on myspaceIM. At first I didn't really know what to talk to her about... but we shared some stuff about ourselves... asked if I should play a game or watch a movie to pass time. She asked for a list of movies... so we started talking about some of the movies and then she said she had to go because she was getting off work. Said she had fun and I helped pass the time. And that she had to work tomorrow from 7-3 and I should get on and talk to her again then.

I went up to my old high school and bummed around there seeing a few friends and teachers I like. Afterwards I came home to watch movies and drink. I really have nothing to do these days.
