i have never had everclear. lately, i have been sticking to jager, beer, or mixed drinks... crap, guys. i think i just made plans to drink & play rock band tomorrow. hahaha will y'all visit me in rehab? (PS--I will blame Tommy for my alcoholism)


awwww ppppooooooooooorrrrr thing, blooge. i mostly text people. in fact, when my phone rings, it's usually tommy and i panic. ....but the reason i was saying i wouldn't call you is because it would be at an awkward time for you (no idea what 4 AM would be there, really, but i don't think it would be a great time to call you).

2 hour difference. How do you not know the US time zones?

Didn't realize that Mississippi was on central time though.

The bakery I work at got held up last night. I generally cover the chick's shift if I don't have uni on a Friday but she didn't need anyone to cover it last night. I feel kinda bad that she had to deal with it when it could have been me.

I know when I visit my cousins in ATL, they are an hour ahead of us. that is the only time i ever have to worry about time changes, so no i don't pay too much attention to where times are different/how different they are.

Because really, the point of a community thread at IGN boards is they a lot of times don't have an off topic section, so, say, the Metal board's "community thread" is for off topic discussion since the board's focus is heavy metal.

So what, I ask, is the point of a community thread in a forum section that's already an off topic discussion forum? HMMMMMMM?

I've raised this question before, but I got a really gay answer (and likely will this time, too).

Because no one makes topics.

one of my best friends from high school is coming to visit me tomorrow. i'm pretty excited! tomorrow night will be karaoke night at my apartment and tuesday night we will drink & bowl! =) ...tuesday i also have to go to work for a few hours to finish up training. (i hope i don't forget!)

When did you get the job?

oh my gosh. did i forget to tell everyone i got the job?? i found out monday--about the only good thing i can say for that day. i probably forgot to mention it because shortly after all that, tommy pissed me off. among other things, he commented that he is pissed that i didn't get a "REAL" job.


but yeah. i don't think i will have a schedule till june, but i have done one day of training and finish up on tuesday (get paid for the training). i feel accomplished because i got a job. lol i'm lame.

I predict my night will be more awesome.

I got a Hot Cheeto stuck in my throat and it burns like hell.

Yesterday started off pretty shit. My iPod took a swim in the washing machine. Other than that the day went by pretty damn well. Evergreen Terrace and Casey Jones were sweet as. Dropsaw were better than the last time I saw them. So far that was my show of the year but Unearth and The Black Dahlia Murder is in less than two week so we'll see what my opinion is after that show.

I played a few missions of Trauma Team, watched Saved By The Bell, then slept yesterday. Not exactly what I'd planned.

Made it through like 3 story lines on Trauma Team while drinking today before work, though. Had lots of fun. It's a good game.

Have another "training day" for work tomorrow. Starts at 8 and goes to 4, and thankfully is at my old branch (or rather, the corporate office that surrounds it) instead of the airport store I've been working at the last two weeks which is a 45-minute drive from my house as opposed to a ten-minute one.

The first half is taking a "skills" test which is supposed to be hard unless you study, and I haven't. The other half is presentations for "marketing events," as they call them. Mine is so obviously lazy, anybody could tell I spent about three minutes on it. But I gotta do this stuff still I guess cuz I'm still not for sure getting hired with that other job and it could take upwards of two weeks or more to even start.
