I've eliminated a lot of unhealthy foods from my diet and have been trying to get into eating cereal every morning. Multigrain cheerios taste pretty good. I'd say get some shredded wheat with not the frosted kind and just put some splenda in it if its that boring. I've been eating some granola with hemp seeds, almonds, some kind of fruit, and sometimes add flax seed with blueberries. Tastes pretty good

Yeah, 90% of the time my "breakfast" is either a latte, several coffees, or some sort of energy drink if I'm in a crunch

Once the semester starts and i'm getting up actually in the morning, i'll be adding coffee to my cereal goal every morning.

i'm not convinced i'll make it through my whole life without picking up smoking, but i've held out this long. so i'll pass on the 6 cigarettes.

I usually do one cig after the meds kick in. Maybe 2 but not closer than a hour apart.

I usually eat cereal in the morn or leftovers from last night. Half a can of chili beans (yes, ain't jokin, it's easy to open a can, it's got protein and decent calories to start the day) ain't out of the question.
Eggs are good but I aint cooking in the morning.

Cereals I like is: Corn Flakes, Crispix, Cheerios, or Special K (i don't do it for the diet, it's just tastes good). Oreo O's needs to get it's ass back on the market.
