I shall when i get some money. I had a 4.5KG weight but i don't know what happened to it. For now i shall use what i have until i can get some heavier stuff.

go to the junkyard or something and just find a heavy piece of metal

I have no idea where my nearest junkyard is. Then again i live pretty close to the trashiest area in my local area. I'm sure i could find something out there to use.

I've actually stuck to working out over the past month. I've managed to get a 7KG weight into my routine. My birthday is soon so when i get some cash then i'll go out and find a decent priced weight kit.

that's good, glad you've kept with it. it's not always easy to keep dedicated to it.

i still exercise and stuff but i will agree it gets tougher as u get older.
it has nothin to do with motivation on my part though. i just cant seem to fit it in my schedule as much as i used to be able to.

I'm lucky enough to be able to fit in about 15-20 minutes a day. I usually work out after school or at night.
