well. i have no idea. i know what acceleration is relative to position and velocity formulas... but i've never taken the derivative of acceleration--one step past what we did, I guess.

I'll give a little more time if anyone wants to take a crack at it. I'm actually only about 95% sure of the answer, I have to find my calculus 12 notes

It was one of the first things we learned. it wound up being rpetty useless since we never did anything with it and I'm not sure why anybody would need it. I guess it'd be if you needed the distance something WOULD travel in time? Or something? I don't know. d/t^3 seems useless but they use all sorts of weird shit in quantam physics and what not

i guess maybe since it's not actually very useful that might be why we didn't learn it.
