We had several female users, actually.

I never noticed that the metal boards had no female users up until this point.

I think the closest the Metal board has ever come to having a female user is when .Naga-Psiren. (I'm probably messing up her name) was posting, for like a few days.

-Bomb was a female.

Really? I only ever saw her post a couple times. I don't remember much about her, though I seem to recall her making some statement about the Metal board being full of elitists.

I wouldn't go as far as calling everyone elitist. Although I'm surprised I haven't been told to GTFO the boards since I listen to a lot of crappy post hardcore music. I'm still finding my way into metal though

Green_shoes, it probably has to do with your posting history. I don't really recall you doing anything like making a thread asking if any of us have ever heard of Atreyu or Avenged Sevenfold before, so that's probably why no one seems to dislike you

I made the mistake of posting about BlessTheFall when I first joined the metal boards and got flamed hard. I've learnt to shut my mouth about such things from then on.

I don't comment a lot on IGN. Only when it has to do with Metalcore since I have a decent stack of metalcore bands that I know well that I can recommend. For just about every other genre I'm rather lacking on suggestions due to a small cd collection for each genre.
