So I got the insturmental As Eden Burns tracks tonight.

Don't know if you actually read my post on the metal board... but they needed a singer so I talked to their guitarist about getting some instrumental versions of songs to record vocals. Tonight he sent me two tracks so I've got to learn the words now and record. It would be awesome to join the band and it would be a bit weird seeing how I'd have to move and I've never really lived more than an hour away from home.

Well... if all goes well I'll be moving to Houston in not to long to join a recording and touring band.

If you make it and ever come to Florida, I'd come to the show, give you the biggest hug after you leave the stage, and then run out screaming.

That or I'd try to impress some girl in the crowd that I know you and try to sleep with her, but not until me and her play some Cranium with the people who work at the motel.

Speaking of which, a nearby Heavy Metal band is looking for a bassist and from what I've heard the bass parts wouldn't be anything to terribly hard for someone like me to step into as I'm still learning. I'm going to wait until our Metal group starts up and see if they're still taking people in before I try for it, though even then I doubt it since I'm in college and need to be near campus.

The band is actually pretty awesome. You should listen to them.

Yeah, the band is pretty cool, though pretty soft for a lot of what I've heard. I've heard a short of their harder stuff and it's a bit more thrashy but they themselves say they're a Thrash band with Hard Rock influences so eh.

Pretty interesting enough though.
