Making cash

During your high school days did any of you ever attempt to make cash by selling notes, smokes etc?

The idea had always crossed my mind but there was never anything people ever wanted that I had access to.

no wonder america's school system is so terrible

I had a job from 12 to 15, took a year off then got another job at 16. By the time I was 17 I bought my own first car, in full, in cash, not to mention just about every other thing I had, except for food.

And you sold that car? And any other car you might have had?

Oh ok. Well, yeah, when I leased a new car in 2005 I sold my first one to my parents, who then GAVE it to my brother which pissed me off. Then I went to Florida for school, and my mom sold her car and took over my lease with the intention of me getting it back upon my return. Well, that didn't pan out because she got in a wreck and it was totaled. So she got a pretty big settlement check from the insurance company (the car's value had somehow only depreciated like a few hundred dollars over the two and a half years) and bought a brand new car, and then everybody forgets about me and that car is now just hers, and I have nothing to come back to or call my own like was originally intended. I get to drive it once or twice a week, but that's only because it is free so often for reasons which I won't go into. When I was working my last job I almost always had to get a ride or get picked up.
