Anyway... making progress with the EP. Confident in the deadline I've set. About to do some of the vocals on "Devastation" right now.

I've spent too much money over the past few days.

I fail miserably at being able to work out if chicks are trying to make passes at me or trying to gain my attention etc. This chick who works at Jb Hi-Fi was making small talk with me the other day when I was buying some stuff. Could have been casual small talk but she has never attempted to talk to me before and I've never seen her engage any other customer in conversation. I always fail at such things.

Jokes. I get what you mean. It sucks. I think I may need to go drinking up near the shopping centre and stumble in there and try and chat her up. Intoxicated is the only way I'd attempt to flirt with her. Even though this strategy has failed me just about every time I've used it at least I'll find out if she is single or not.

Scotch is ok. It looks like sweat and tastes near the same. the good stuff does, at least.

but I just keep finding that I have less and less reasons to drink, despite (or perhaps in spite of) having more and more troubles.

i drink more as my troubles increase. (still don't drink a LOT, but still) ....not that the drinking makes anything better or changes anything at all.

i'm more of a rum person, though.

scotch is hit or miss really, and it rarely depends on the price. Bells used to make a damn good scotch but it's been discontinued so I just stick with Glenfiddich. Johnny Walker, despite being like $100 a bottole, is some of the most vile tasting shit I've ever put in my body.

I can't do rum, just something about the taste doesn't sit with me.

And I drink way too much, though I've cut down considerably since getting back in school.

Whiskey is my spirit of preference.

i've had the most experience with rum and vodka. prefer rum, but i'm not too picky. i like daiquries and pina coladas--so i go through a lot of rum. haha


i've said it many, many times... but i always get bored or tired before i drink too much--because i'm always drinking alone.
