Berkeley's awesome. The school's mostly overpriced to hell until you factor in the prestige you get from having gone there, but it's also way too tough to get into for that same reason.

Some of the best pizza in the world, too.

San Diego is dope as well. though San Diego really is only a vacation spot for me, wouldn't really want to live there, I don't think. If I spent more time there and saw more places, I suppose I might change my mind, but my heart is just too vested in the Bay Area to change.

My friend lives there and goes to school there. When we went up there the first time we were helping him move.

This time we're just visiting and hanging out. We're gonna go to the Cal vs Oregon State game among other things.

That's a pretty generous remark. I don't think I'm anything special. Also maybe if I had a legit camera and a lighting kit I'd do something professional. I actually hung around this other board system that was all these photographers. They were pretty good, I'd draw inspiration from them for any promo pics I'd do for you I think.

If I was ever in the area for some reason, I'd definitely go for you. I've always thought your pictures were good. You should consider doing professional stuff. I think you'd be able to make some money.

Yeah once I get a car I definitely want to go out and take some pictures. I've got a tripod so I can make something look decent.

lol I just helped somebody move there from Davis a couple months ago.

If this job I have now either turns out well, or leads to something that turns out well, I hope to move back to at least some part of the Bay Area in about five years. Though my most preferred place to live would probably be Santa Cruz or Monterey, but I'm open to a lot of places including other states. I'm just already ready for a change, so i know in that five years like I stated I'll probably be dying to get somewhere.

I'll be in the Bay the same time as you for Dinosaur Jr on Friday, but then driving far back east to Reno the next day for Steven Wright.

I don't know what you look like (I don't think) but I'll be on the lookout.

I didn't take a lot of pictures around the city because it was raining in the afternoon. I would have taken pictures at this sweet Crepes place but the sign on the window specifically said no pictures. WTF?
