Junk food

Just ordered a pizza with pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Also comes with a free 2-liter. Will be the first time I've eaten this badly in a month (Enterprise airport location had me on late shifts so I slept in until it was time to go to work and got off when everything was closed, plus they only gave 30-minute lunches instead of the 60-minute ones we normally got at neighborhood stores and we were isolated because, well, we were at the airport and I always brought a lunch that was pretty healthy). I'll probably say FUCK IT and also get candy or ice cream on the way home and really go balls out and say fuck you teeth and colon and five pounds that I lost in the last month.

TOPIC: junk food. Do you have lots? And what does joo liekz?

I tend to hate most junk food but at times its unavoidable. I really do love pizza with olives and anchovies if possible. Thats pretty much the only form of junk food I'll go for if I don't have much of a choice. If I'm out and need to get food I usually try and get subway.

unfortunately, i really love junk food--chips, candy, cake, etc.. so i just can't have it in the house. same thing with coke.

my downfall is that when i'm drunk, i want mcdonalds REAL bad (and so do all my friends)....... so we make 2 AM chicken nugget runs. it's AWFUL.

one GOOD thing i have done is quit drinking so much coke. i mostly drink coke zero or water now. unfortunately, i drink enough alcohol that it cancels out the calories i save from less coke!

I've managed to go off eating cake since I work in a bakery. After staring at cake for several hours a day, several days a week you start to get sick of seeing it.

junk food meaning fast food and pizza? Yeah I like it. Ribs. Are we counting those as junk food? I like them too. Reeses pieces and stuff I eat that. I don't drink much soda anymore though. I stopped drinking it a couple years ago. If I go to a fast food place I'll usually have a soda but otherwise I'll just drink juice or tea.

Woke up on my friend's couch, drove home, and on the way stopped and bought a crumb cinnamon roll. Ate half the bitch with a glass of milk. Then I grabbed a Coke from a vending machine at my complex's laundromat, put on Total Recall and had a whole bag of microwaved popcorn, butter flavor, and topped it off with some salt, washing it down with the Coke I bought. All this while, the oven was preheating/cooking my Tombstone pizza. By the time i was done with the popcorn the pizza was ready, and I ate half of it while also finishing the rest of the Coke. Then I had a pineapple-flavored Dreyer's frozen fruit bar.

Then I went into a coma for like an hour.

Then I woke up and wanted to watch another movie, so I put in Die Hard. Had the rest of the crumb cinnamon roll, and put on another bag of popcorn lol. Then I ate some Sour Patch Kids and Air Heads whooOOOOOOO! I'm currently reheating the second half of the Tombstone, but just gonna have it with water, but still have some mint chip ice cream left that I'll probably also have before the night is over. Or maybe more candy. Or maybe both.

I just made turkey burgers with almonds, muenster cheese, and a side of broccoli. It was awesome.

Though maybe I do feel shitty a good deal of the time I have it, and maybe I should feel shitty about it even more. But rarely do I eat it and think to myself, "Damn, that made me feel good." Usually it sucks up all my energy or makes my stomach cringe. Today it was the energy. I didn't do shit all day even though I wanted to. I just ate one piece of shit, said fuck it and opened up something else lol. Thankfully I know what I'm doing when I do it to myself and don't really do it often, or, at least don't do it in this binging fashion often.

But junk food can still be the shit, though. A bag of Kettle chips and a Coke? Baller. Pizza and a Coke? Gangster. Wings and, uh, a fucking Coke? Playertastic.

I drink a lot of coffee and mountain dew, but I otherwise try and stay away from "junk" food. I feel (physically) like shit after eating it.

I'm diabetic, so in some ways I stay away from junk food as much as I can but am also heavily dependent on it. Meaning when my blood sugar drops really low I'm not going to try to raise it by eating something whole grain and healthy, I'll go straight to candy or soda.

So, other than that, I tend to eat fairly healthy except for when I'm over at a particular friend's house of mine. He eats a lot of shit, and is always more than happy to share it with me. We both appreciate lots of cake.

I call it, 'sodapop'.
