Makin some baby backs tonight

Doin them in the oven, though. They can definitely come out great from the oven, but I still wish I could 'Que 'em up proper. I'll post pics layter, but it takes a while, like 4 hours.

My dad makes some sweet ribs in the oven. Slow cooks em for like 5 hours and they fall right off the bone.

I'm feeling pretty hungry now.
