The Hoff and Shatner roasts were both pretty good I thought.

In one of those, Norm McDonald did a set of jokes that was some of the funniest shit I have ever seen.

Edit: Ahhhh it was the Bob Saget roast that I was thinking of. That overall was a good one too.
