i used to hate being around my dad when he was drunk. now i hate being around him when he's sober, either.

it's a lose-lose, i swear.
my dad's mother is very baptist and anti-drinking... so of course, when he's around her, he's a really great, sober, godly person. yeah. right.

Well, his car is fixed so he can come see me soon. (soon as in...a week to a month.)

Well, Lox is coming up on the 31st for our 10 months. We will be going out to eat, going to see a movie(I don't know what movie, nor do I care.), and he promised nice things. *innocent*

The computer comes in tomorrow, so maybe he will have internet soon. WOO!

He got the computer...but no internet. He is working on it though.

I find out when I start at WalMart tomorrow morning, and I start at Northwest in Southaven Tuesday. I will have to go only 2 days a week.

Walmart and taco bell. Couldn't you guys just get welfare or something?

Well...I'm going to have to help my father and grandmother pay bills. He is disable(his lung collapsed) and she is working part time. I'll be the only one with a full-time job.

We (my dad, grandmother and I) live on a farm that has only chickens at the moment and we are pulling up the corn to plant peas. We have to save money to buy goats, cows, and pigs this fall.

We are also having to fix my car so I can drive it to school and work. And, my uncle keeps coming over here and taking our food....

does your dad get disability checks?

Well, here if you tell the cashier that an item in another store is a lower price, we have to sell it to you at that price.

Like, if there is a camera for sell at one store for $150 and it's for sell at Wal-Mart for $175, we have to sell it for $150. *shrug* Don't even have to have proof....

It's Wal-Mart, they can afford it. And by doing that you're attracting more people to the store. It's actually good business.

if I don't have to have proof, then I could say I had seen said camera for $75 somewhere else. therefore, i cheated walmart and won for myself. okay, yeah, i'd go back and do it again. several times.

in a lot of areas in MS, they don't have to TRY to attract for customers because there really aren't other options.

Its sad that the board is slowly dying away. Lox really kept this place going and without him its starting to slow down. I try and come on as much as i can but yeah, there isn't a lot of activity for me to work with.

Hopefully, it won't completely die away.

I'm sure it'll pick back up sooner or later. If we stick around and try keep up some activity i'm sure we'll get some new users coming on and maybe some older members might return.

perhaps some schedules will sync back up and work out.
