well this is only calculus, but I didn't do any of the work with double and triple integrals so I'm learning tonight

I usually wind up doing it this way all the time

I'm finished learning all the new stuff, I just have to review now and have like 7 hours. Win.

I gave up on most of my classes. I need to get an A on this final if I have a hope of getting an A in the course though (I don't go to labs and that's an automatic -10%)

ha i have to finish my poetry analysis thing that's due when I take the final.

ugh. i have about 14 hours.

I only have 3 more sections to review then I'm doing more integral stuff, then the practice final then I'm done. Should be done around 1 or 2. There's too much stupid shit to remember though, fucking formulas. Basically why I never liked physics and why I'm starting to not like calclus that much.

scratch that, it's only like 2 more sections. The chain rule is easy

i'm no fan of formulas, myself. chain rule was pretty easy once i got the hang of it.

Chain rule is probably a little different than what you're thinking. This is with like, 8 variables.

I can't remember right off what we learned as the "chain rule," as it's been like 2 years... but whatever it was, it wasn't hard.

well what I said isn't entirely accurate. What you learned is the same thing I'm doing, it's just been extended to partial derivatives which just makes it more of a pain in the ass, especially since people seem to like parametric functions for whatever reason. That's why there's so many variables. f = 2x + 5y with x = 2u + v and y = 6u + 49v makes for a headache.

I just wanted to say that a community thread on an off topic forum of a message board is insanely hilarious, lulz. (Has anyone else pointed this out?) The point of CTs is to have an off topic thread/portion on a message board dedicated to one subject.

i'm new to the wonder of forums, so i didn't really know what the hell was the point of a community thread.
