Wow... the ending to season 4 of Dexter was just terrible. Not in a bad way... it was a really good episode... everything that happened was just terrible. That is some of the most depressing shit I've ever seen on tv.

the movie precious was the most depressing thing i've ever seen. that is what brought on the drinking games the other night.

My mom told me her computer wasn't working... So I checked it out. It was fairly unresponsive. Then I took a look at the monitor... Dust was centimeters thick on every vent and port. Just cleaned it up with some rags and now it's running fine.

Is it really that hard?

I was expecting something serious to happen. Not exactly that, but... something like that. I didn't think things would go on the way they had been for forever, that's for sure. But it was a pretty shocking scene.

The whole Deb thing was a bit emotional as well. Especially when she went to talk to Dexter. The next season will play out interestingly for one episode at least. I've seen some people saying they think it might have been a dream sequence... but that would feel like a huge cop out and I don't think that is what it was. Dexter was fucking up for some time now and something had to happen for him to realize what he was doing.

Not sure how a secret santa would work. It's not like we can just draw names from a hat or anything. But if you want to do a board sponsored gift exchange, sure. We could easily do that.

I did it last year with the DVDCB. It felt pretty nice since my mom doesn't get me jack for Christmas (I got a 100 dollar gift certificate to a grocery store, and not even one I shop at. )

I didn't do it this year because I got laid off, but then I got my job back but yeah whatever. Tongue

I wouldn't have a clue. I doubt that it'd be cheap. Mailing a card within Australia costs 50 cents, which I find to be a rather steep price.

Just take it to the post office... when I've mailed cds and stuff I just give them the package, tell them where it's going, and they estimate the cost and I pay exactly that. They put a stamp on it. Like... an ink stamp, not a postage stamp.
