On a random note, I keep doing my radio show but I feel like it's getting to the point where it is becoming a chore. I was doing it for fun at first, and now I just don't love it like I used to. yeah that's what it is. It tells you whether or not something has real roots and sometimes tells you the number of them. Well every time of polynomial has a discriminant, and even the cubic one is fucking ugly. I got a proof of the reduced cubic discriminant that I'm totally stoked on right now. I'll send it to you if you want to see it.

because it's probably the most important equation you learn in all of high school.

There's one of those for the cubic too. And for the quartic. But it's been proven that no simple equation for quintics and above exist.
