Why are you here a lot?

well, i'm coming this weekend to try to talk to my brother about what he will/can do now that tommy wants to sell the house as well as try to decide just HOW screwed up he really is (level/type of drug use, depression, stability, etc.) --fun weekend, right?

but i'll have to dedicate a lot of time to getting the house ready to put on the market: going through all the junk that has accumulated, deciding what to keep, donate, sell, etc........
